Mark making and digital scans
A strand of hair can be thought of as a line existing in 2 dimensions. When we twist, wrap and tie hair
into a bun what was once a 2D line has become a 3D sculpture.
The first workshop we introduced a series of drawing and printing techniques and explored how we might
turn a drawing into a sculpture. These sculptures were 3d scanned and now displayed in this
space.
